New tunes from Naked Giants, Drug Store Romeos, Empty Country and more, plus an interview with Courting.

From a super safe two-meter distance in the comfort of Rob’s garden, straight to your ears all around the world, the Crush Club is back baby! I’d like to take this opportunity to quash the vicious rumour that we haven’t done a podcast for a few weeks due to me not having internet as I moved house – instead I can confirm that Nathan had been imprisoned due to drug trafficking charges. Naughty Nathan! But he’s busted out and we are back with bumper show of brilliant music this week featuring: Naked Giants, Drug Store Romeos, Empty Country, Bananagun and oh so many more.

This week we also had the privilege of talking to the super cool Courting, who if they aren’t already one of your favourite bands certainly will be after you find out about their picks for their musical bubble, the inside story for new track David Byrne’s Bad Side and the all important question of Liverpool v Everton.

Stay safe and don’t tell the feds where Nath is. Love

Phil Taggart & Dutch Criminal Record interviews - music from Skullcrusher, Gum Country, Phobophobes and more.

Wowee! Huzzah! SHWOWZER! The Crush Club is back once again to lift you out of the deep dark pit of misery you so quaintly call your life. No need to fret dear listener because we have a jam-packed show, stuffed to the absolute brim with musical treats from: Gum Country, Mazie, Skullcrusher, Phobophobes and like a billion (eight) others.

Not only that, but this week we are also joined by none other than Radio 1’s Phil Taggart who shares some unmissable stories from his time in the industry, talks about the creation of his brilliant book ‘Slacker guide to the music industry’ and reminds you of what it sounds like to listen to someone who actually knows what they are talking about when it comes to music. And as if that wasn’t enough, we also catch up with the brilliant Dutch Criminal Record to chat battle of the bands, musical inspirations and the origin of one of the swagest names in indie.

Strap yourself in and feel the Gs listener because this is a goodun.

Interviews with Walt Disco & Coach Party. Music from Crack Cloud, Yard Act, Lazarus Kane and more.

You ravenous bunch of slimy ingrates. You disgusting, clutching, covetous bunch of new musical hounds. Can you not leave us alone for one week? Just one week we want to not make a hit indie podcast full to the brim with brilliant new bands like Crack Cloud, Lazarus Kane and 2nd Grade, but you won’t let us will you?

“We need it!” We hear you cry as you claw your way into our rooms in the dead of night. “We need two incredible interviews with Coach Party and Walt Disco! We must find out about their new EPS, their lives in lockdown and the latest news about niche modes of transport in the Isle of Wight!” You hiss, barely distinguishable as human by this point. Well we’ve got them for you. For another week your musical thirst will be sated. You’ve gained a new episode of your favourite new music podcast, but in getting it what have you lost? I hope it was worth it.

You sicken us. #likeandsubscribe #5starreviews #tellyourmatesplz
